The most boring sport or game you can think of...

For me it has to be cricket. Any games that takes days to play has an inherent flaw in it's conception. On the radio it is even more stupifying.

What really bores the pants off you? It can be a sport or a game.

Golf.

I personally find Football to be 90 minutes of mostly uneventfull boredom aswell. I suspect im in a minority with that one though.

Golf.. hideous boredom. Horse racing. Crown green bowls! Have to of had a hip replacement to even consider playing. Cricket is ok... Its more of a background thing to me, rather than sit there and watch it. I'll have it on while doing something else. Football is great, to me, but F1 is boring, although i still watch it in the vain hope of a good race! We should bring the old masters back... Hill, Herbert, etc. They were personalities, and would liven it up I think!

Would you say the same about tennis, rugby, squash, or any ball game? Sport is a pastime, not a meaningful answer to life, the universe, and everything. There is in fact more action going on in a sunday league football game than in a whole F1 season!

Rationalising any sport will make it sound stupid eg Driving cars round and round in circles, hitting a small ball into a small hole half a mile away etc

For me golf is a waste of land although I can see the skill, snooker is boring and I find watching athletics incredibly laborious. Fortunately the Ashes have rekindled my Cricket enthusiasm, it's been on the radio for 2 days solid now.
