Not sure what you mean by "targa". Is it a coupe or a spyder? Also more details the better, LHD/RHD etc.

Sorry, I guess it's a Spyder then and in RHD, thanks!

Ah man that must have really pxxxed him off.

Was there a tracker on the car?

Will keep eyes/ears on the watch list...

Thanks and yep, I think he's depressed, it was a birthday present to himself! Apparently the tracker signal was received for the first few minutes only!

I am confused, how come the tracker only worked briefly?

My thoughts exactly, if they were swift enough to scope the car that quickly then they may have had the capability and know-how to locate and disable the tracker too!

or it was a GPS based tracker device and the car went into a container / lorry / underground

It wont be a tracker on UK car...

It'll be Siemans Datatrack thingy.. Fittedn on all UK Fezza's since 99. Only a limited number of places the importes fit it so fing easy to find and remove

Not in a public area - at his house (don't want to go into detail as its not my place to), thanks!

TRACKERS WORK THEN!

Recovered now from a lockup in Surrey. The tracker came back online when the muppets moved it (so they hadn't disabled it)! One happy mate plus an even happier insurer!

Thanks for your help!

The wife works in Uxbridge and my Company is based there. She reckons she saw a red spyder being reversed up a driveaway opposite the Peugeot Garage. Anyway I am really pleased it has been recovered and I hope the suspects are suitably punished.

Excellent news

Just shows that Trackers are really worth having.

Hope the thiefs were caught and will be punished heavily. Well, unlikely, because this country is just too soft.
