Selling Fiesta ST for?
Discussion
My boxter 4.0 is due to arrive in June and the reason of buying the ST was to hold me over until then. The problem is I’ve started to really like the ST and it will be shame to see it go.
The idea was the GTS will replace it for driving fun and then swap the little fiesta with something a bit more comfortable. My short list is a golf gte or bmw i3s (I have home charging and a Tesla for commuting although we regularly use a small car - previously Toyota iq)
I’m sure I’ll miss it but hopefully won’t care too much once I get in the GTS for weekend blast am I making a mistake?

I really like my ST too. So much so that I'm happy to keep it a while longer even though I could change.
As you know they do come with some downsides. The ride is bouncy which makes it quite tiring on the motorway, the seats are a bit uncomfortable although they do hold you in place. The interior quality leaves a lot to be desired. But after all that it is just a great car to chuck around country lanes and it never fails to make me smile.
The other problem I have with replacing it is that I'd have to spend at least double it's value to get anything significantly better. If you have a Porsche on the way then that's not really an issue. But the Fiesta ST still remains incredible value for money and I'm still very unsure about what I'd buy next.
