Does anyone do product sourcing? (or can recommend someone)

We are an online health and fitness products brand who source mainly from China.

Given shipping costs, USD exchange rate and the volatile state of world affairs, we'd like to diversify our supply chain.

I've recently manged to find factories in Bulgaria and the UK (shock horror!!) to supply some of our lines, however I'm keen to find more options.

Can anyone on here help or recommend someone that can?

Good luck at the moment, in companies who spend €1B+ and $1B+ and there is still constant issues, whether it’s raw material, reprioritisation, other customers, force majeure, etc.

I’d work on securing your current one in the short term and definitely, if cost effective, look at UK options.

I'm just trying to get sources that are closer to home to mitigate some risks. For example, I had a 40ft container stuck in Shanghai for 4 weeks because of China's zero COVID policy. We are a small business and just can't afford those delays in the supply chain.
