Low Mileage 435i vs High Mileage 440i

Hi Everyone,
First time posting on the forum! In the market for a fun daily and I've narrowed my choice towards the F32 4 series. I've seen two cars advertised, a 435i with relatively low mileage (under 40k) FBMWSH, and a 440i with slightly higher mileage (over 60k mileage) FBMWSH however also comes with MPPSK. Tuning wise, I don't plan to tune any of the cars although there is a lot of tempting information out there about the options available.
There is around 1.5k difference in price currently, and I wonder if it's worth paying more for the B58 engine over the N55? Anyone have any experience with High mileage reliability on the B58 engine? The other option would be to hold out till later in the year and hope for a correction in used car prices although my current daily is causing me issues and I'm not the most patient person!
