Close to pulling the trigger on this..
Great history just had breaks and oil changes done.. 3k bill etc..
I know this won't be cheap but my nerves are more around future resale... Audi have had it a while themselves so I fear I may take a bit of a horrendous hit on the depreciation etc... There are just 605 reasons why I think I can still justify it..
What are peoples thoughts?

Buy it. These cars are disappearing. For all the same reasons as you I just bought a F90 M5.
This is heart not head decision. If they have had it for a while negotiate hard but go for it.
Edited to add it’s been on auto trader since 22/3 if that helps, not too long. This is heart not head decision. If they have had it for a while negotiate hard but go for it.
Yes they are rare.. I know most wanted the RS6 avant.. they are probably want id want but they're 5k more for this spec... and I love the RS7 etc...
Well i thought it was a little while that one... most cars aren't lasting days.. let alone weeks..
Is there a easy way to find the listing date?

Yep it’s in the url in reverse order (the first 8 digits)

I always had a massive soft spot for these because of their practicality vs the M6 and the CLS (both of which I had in the end - not sure what that says)
They are excellent cruisers and very fast and stable. Though they are large and a bit boring - I would 95% say go for it and enjoy!

Pretty much the same price as an RS5 of the same mileage/vintage, so great value I’d say. Love the colour combo too.
Depreciation? Certainly. Would be surprised if worth much more than £30k in 3 years’ time, but that’s true of most modern prestige cars in this size and price bracket. Still cheaper than taking a taxi everywhere and more convenient too, making it an entirely rational choice (cough).

I’ve just bought an S8 of the same vintage. Same engine and with a remap will push out more power than the RS7. They’re about 30% cheaper than a comparable RS6/RS7. Would you not consider one of those?
Anyway, regardless, I love the colour and love the wheels on the RS7.
I love the S8 that size with all that power is nuts! ... There arent many online, not ones Id consider at the moment. Anyway, regardless, I love the colour and love the wheels on the RS7.
May keep looking at Rs6'Avant though.. could be a slightly better value holding car.
