Jeremy Vine inciting people to deflate the tyres on SUVs

Before the admin shut this post and link to the existing thread on this vandalism, please note that this post is about the TV programme , not politics ( a forum I can't participate in yet, having only a mere 700 odd posts) This is about Jeremy Vine, who on his programme this morning actively supported the activists who deflate the tyres on SUVs. I've complained to channel 5, but I've also complained to the Met Police, as I believe that Vine, who's rabidly against any car driver because we're all murderous maniacs, mowing down cyclists at will, went too far this time, and is guilty of incitement to commit an offence.
The minimum effect of deflating someone's tyres are to leave someone stranded, which could have serious consequences. I understand that it's escalated at times, and car windows have been smashed. This is fascism. Who do these people think they are?
Vine was not playing devil's advocate to create discussion, but was clearly and passionately supporting these morons. They disregard the fact that many people need tall vehicles for access and egress, and that many modern SUVs are "cleaner" than many smaller vehicles. Forget the fact that we live in a democracy, free to make personal choices. They have their own rabid ideology and will do what they want.
If I want to buy an SUV, I would like to do so without a presenter on national TV inciting people to attack it. I hope that others will complain.
