DVD on laptops

I keep getting 'DVD does not match the regiom code of your DVD player' when I bung in discs that are UK can anyone point at some appropriate stuff to remedy this please

If your DVD player is not region free then you need something like this. -> www.dvdidle.com/dvd-region-free.htm I use it on my laptop and it works a treat
