991.2 GT3/RS Oil Supply Tube Leak Issues

How common is this issue? Seems to be a number of reports over on rennlist from owners reported oil supply tube leakages dripping oil into the engine pan/cover. I cannot find any information or reports on any other site which is probably a good sign. Have any of your Gen 2 owners on here experienced anything of the like and if so did the dealer replace with the same part or has there been an upgraded item which rectified the issue.
