This recently popped up on BBC iPlayer. It's not new, it ran for 3 series from 2012 to 2014, But I'd never seen it so thought I'd give it a go and it's bloody hilarious.

It concerns 4 girls at a state school in (I assume from the accents) London.

Amber is a blonde bimbo who's forever having boyfriend trouble.
Holli is a large frightening girl who spends her entire time being either angry or violent, usually both.
Saz is from a strict Sikh family, obsessed with maths, and convinced no boy will ever like her.
Viva is the narrator and central character, determined to go well and get to uni. She's pissed off because her dad has shacked up with the school's PE teacher, whom she doesn't get on with. (Played by the splendid Dolly Wells!)

One of my favourite funny bits so far: The girls are having a party and when it gets out of hand, send for Amber's ex-boyfriend Brandon to be a bouncer.
Viva: Brandon, you're treading sick into the carpet.
Brandon: These are new trainers, that stuff better wash off. See, this is why girls shouldn't drink, they can't handle it.
Viva: If girls didn't drink, you'd still be a virgin.

I remember it from first time around, about the same time as Him and Her. Both are very good and well worth watching.
