Does anyone have, or know of copies, of any evidential pictures, (from a specs system)

The boyos over on www.pepipoo.com will have loads. They've been having a lot of fun wiht the Specs on Lower Thames St lately.

Well I cant' find them, looked over the index a couple of times, actually I started my search there, thinking there ought to be a handful of pics' available.

The SPECS installation starts monitoring the traffic when it's still in the 30 zone, instead of only monitoring within the 20 limit it's meant to be enforcing. Have a look at this pic http://img297.echo.cx/my.php?image=specslowerthamesst6ka.jpg

You can see that the SPECs camera is on 'this side' of the 20mph start, pointing deeper into the 30 zone

Well the upshot is that 5,600 fines are being refunded (total: £0.3m):

What is still unknown is whether the signs are in the wrong place or the cameras. Somebody had a NIP through with a plainly incorrect calculation on it, leading me to believe that the cameras were set up in a different place to where the SCP were expecting it to go. To fix this they could either move the cameras (v.expensive!!!) or move the limit, which will probably take a while (and be very obvious!).
