Hi I have a Astra Mk5 1.6 ecotc would any one no what tool needed to replace a auxillary belt thanks

Hi, my wife's Chevrolet Cruze has identical engines to Astras.

Pretty sure it's a 15mm socket (on a decent length bar) you put onto the tensioner pulley bolt directly.

By rotating it back on itself, it loosens up the tension enough to slide the belt off.

(Note: not the bolt that holds the tensioner assembly onto the block- the bolt in the centre of the pulley wheel)
