Cazoo - Car Subscription

I've been looking online for a new car and see the subscription seems to be popular now,

I've seen a car on 'Cazoo'

Has anyone had any first hand experience subscribing to a car?

and is it reccommended?

Pretty sure its just another name for leasing/hire where you never own the car.
