RAF Langham Dome
Discussion
I passed this curiosity on holiday in North Norfolk:

It was a WW2 anti aircraft gunnery training facility. They were giving it a lick of paint ready for the "new season".
Didn't get chance to go in, but it wasn't something I'd heard of before. More info here:

Lots of airfield tracks still visible too:

Thanks for posting that, never knew and looks worth a visit. Sadly the one at Shoreham doesn't look in good shape at all. https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/li...
There's another one of those at the former RAF Pembrey too... https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p086ysvc
I went there last year. Fascinating place and we'll worth a visit.
Bernard Matthews owns the land there bought after WW2 as a 'cheep' way of building turkey farms as the runways are good foundations. I think.
You can see the control tower there used as an office.
What was interesting other than the 1940s simulation mentioned earlier was the details of the rescue boats Wellingtons used to drop. They had fuel and provisions for c. 500 mile trips to get aircrew home if they ditched.
