Which coil should i go for?

Bosch coil and magnecor leads work really well (get a new set of metal plug extendors whilst you are at it).
I have just done mine.
Revs higher, easier, and much less lumpy when hot. (maybe that was just my oem leads being a bit old though)
Really easy job to do yourself (If I can do it, anyone can, believe me!).
Oh, and do one lead at a time so you don't make an arse of yourself and forget what goes where!

well theres really no difference between coils to worry about, you need to replace the amp and coil completly with an MSD or Crane unit, these give 3 sparks in the lower rev range and have around 400V going to the LT side of the coil, this drastically increases the voltage to the plugs so you can open the plugs gap up a fair bit. I replaced my set up with an MSD amp and coil and there was a definate power increase in thelower and mid range,
