The aircon on my FFRR has suddenly stopped blowing cold.
It is apparently holding the gas.

Booked in to my local garage on Monday. Any ideas what the possible fault/s could be?
(and before anybody says anything, this is the first fault I have had on the vehicle in five and a half years!)

Checked the fuse?

Air conditioning condenser blower motor relay. There might be 2 on yours.

I will try and find the fuse board!
I can barely remember where the bonnet pull is, so may struggle to find it!

Or for a different model there's options if you go back to model select and follow the site options.

Is the air slightly cooler, it could be one of many things such as the blender valve sticking and allowing warm air to mix with the ac cold air.
Is compressor running.

Its holding gas but has it got enough gas, you cannot tell with just the gauges as gas must be weighed in to the correct volume.

OP,

What leads you to say that it is holding gas?

Thanks everyone.
It suddenly stopped throwing cold air out - not a gradual decline. I took it to be re-gassed and they said it was holding gas pressure.

I have decided to let my local indy check the fuse and find any faults (and I will mention the above suggestions)
