Soft top clean and revive

Hope you can help
My soft top is in poor shape - algae, lichen and also vacuum lines which are noticeable on bright sun
Suggestions for products or go for a detailer instead?

A good soak with some all purpose cleaner, agitate it with a decent brush a good couple of times and jet wash off.

Protect it with some 303 protectant or similar.
