FWIW I think you'd have been fine without the link to the review.

Took me 10 seconds to work out where it was I'm just not stupid enough to have mentioned it on the thread like the people who did and got the thread closed down.

The OP intentionally didn’t name anyone.

The pity is that any reader with the obvious intelligence to know how to use sleuthing techniques and google kung-fu (not me by the way, I didn’t know you could do that) wasn’t intelligent enough to know not to broadcast it to anyone who might not have the intelligence not to be a muppet.

However, as I’ve recently discovered, there are some odd folk out there who obviously can’t always control their actions.

Anyhow, thanks. Given the opportunity I’ll update things when appropriate, either from the dock, the cells or my own padded room.

Sadly yes. I spent most of yesterday keeping the thread in check. And in the end I just gave up, as folks were complaining why they could name and shame.

I've got more important things to do on a valuable day off with my family, then clean up after folks who seem to either can't read or believe the rules don't apply to them; and the multitude of subsequent complaints.

That all said, I do want to know if they have WiFi in the prison cells

The reality is that it's a thankless task, as you say, herding cats. If I got paid for this I'd have made a fortune on overtime

It's easily done.

Just a tip if you try and mention it again on how to avoid giving the people who ruined the thread the opportunity to ruin it.

There's at least one poster here who did a really good set of blogs on his time in prison just don't name and shame the prison

These are a popular prison phone if you can't let us know the outcome until after sentencing.I don't think they have internet capabilities though and I have no idea how you will be able to smuggle it into your cell.

I'd cropped the screenshot specifically to take out the name of the place being reviewed. To be fair tho, the words that made up the name of the cafe were used in the review as part of the narrative and I missed that. However, I redacted even that at the first opportunity so the original screenshot was only there for an hour or so. The thread was then cleaned up and emphasis from the mods was given to myself and everyone else about complying with the N&S rules.

There are obviously smart folk and clever folk. They're not always the same folk.

Anyhow, it is what it is. If I were a mod I'd have chucked it earlier.
