Anyways I’m hoping someone could help!
I run a few online retail companies and with a slight down turn in sales recently and the current faff of getting stock in from suppliers in the Far East I have had a fair amount of free time recently and begun working on a website for home diy and garden products.
Currently all business is done via amazon and eBay.
I have uploaded around 600 squs to our site which is on the shopify platform. All seemed to be working well and to my surprise we were quickly hitting 10k monthly sales via what I consider a site in beta stage
And around 5% of our squs live. Silly of me not to have done a site sooner I guess.
Shopify makes it very easy to get product in google shopping, this is where I’m having some major issues.
I played with setting up a site on shopify last year for a single brand we distribute in the Uk and pretty quickly got stopped by google got circumventing system policies, I have no idea what I did wrong.
So as this was more of a weekend passion project on the side i shelved this site.
Now I’ve set up another site and commuted a fair amount of my time, this has been working for some time with google. Then all of a sudden this weakened I’ve been hit with a suspended merchant account and ad account for misrepresentation.
I have no idea what I’m doing wrong and the internet is a mine field when looking into this.
I can appeal the suspension. But I don’t want to do that if I have accidentally done something I shouldn’t. I see huge potential with the site I’m building and it’s very annoying I’ve potentially lost the hard work I’ve put into it.
The site has all relevant information needed for google. We stock all product and up until now have had 0 customer issues on the few 1000 orders we have had.
Has anyone had this before? If so what could possibly be wrong?
