C63 w204 dash lights

My car has intermittently has the dash lights flashing on an off for a while now. Esp inop, Speedo drops, pre safe etc.

I changed the battery which made no difference, so wonder if a rodent has chewed through a wife maybe, or there’s a loose earth point. When I stop and restart the car the lights go off for a while but then reappear at random.

The car runs perfectly fine but I’d like to get it sorted.

Any ideas?

If a rodent had chewed through my wife I’d have more than intermittent lights on the dash to sort out.
