Phone mount for 718 Cayman

I want a phone mount for my 718 GT4 to be able to have a play with the track precision app on track.

I already use a Quadlock on my bike, but their car mount is a suction mount for windscreen or can be attached to the dash using an adhesive disc. Not keen on either of those really.

The Rennline mount looks very secure and discrete but uses a magnet - is that strong enough for track use?

Anyone with any experience of the above? Or other suggestions?

I spent a long time looking for the right mount. I tried a few but I wanted them to be discreet and easy to use in the car. Magnetic attachment had to be the one, for easy mounting and removal.

I finally landed, after trying a few, on the below. I have it mounted to the right of my RHD 981 Boxster, on the dash above the light switch. It sits below the window line, so out of view, and is nicely positioned. It is a strong magnetic bond so no risk of it coming off through very hard driving.
