Icarsoft cr pro
Discussion
Yep, I bought one about a month ago, and it quickly diagnosed which sensor was faulty on my volvo, and allowed me to finally have no dash warning lights for the first time in about 2 years.
They can really read a lot, including showing live data from lots of the sensors.
Well worth it in my opinion, plus I got the '10 manufacturers' model, so it should be useful well into the future.

OK thanks, got the CR Pro
However when I do a smart scan it does the full test of all the systems but seems not to highlight if any of the systems have a fault.
My previous scanner, an Autel, would scan and if anything failed it would highlight in red. The Icarsoft does not and I know I have 2 faults.
Have I missed something?

Update
On further investigation this too will scan but not identify fault after the scan unlike the Autel units. This is a pain as it means once the scan is done you have to through each module to check for error code, fairly time consuming
So I will be selling this on.
Icarsoft do a CR Max with is more expensive £360 however it will indicate next to each module if there is a fault or not.
However for a home DIYer I think it's probably more than you need and also expensive so I may now look at the Autel MD806

I’m not a pro but very rarely do a smart scan anyway, I just use it in manual and go to the module as usually you have an idea of where your looking.
Autel are very good though, the only thing that concerns me is the amount of clones around, I’m led to believe all the ones on Amazon are not official.
