See the 2023 model year is now on the Porsche configuration page in the UK .

Anyone know what the key differences are for MY2023 over MY2022, other than the new colours and price increase?

Lava Orange gone from GT3, PCCBs back, minor price uplift. 3 weeks ago my order factory locked so saved myself 12k with the changes now available and price uplift and that was with 17k of options added to base GT3 spec.

It is a no extra cost option on the S, but unfortunately one can't have it with the wood trim which would allow one to create a pseudo sports classic vibe.

Interesting views, so buy 911 C2S, check.
Don’t buy 992 in its final year, wait for 992.2 in 2024. Not sure if I am willing to wait that long.

I agree , to a degree but last year of any model is normally the best as all gremlins have nearly been ironed out
First generation of any model always has teething issues sadly , no matter how much beta testing is done. We Joe Public are the guinea pigs
I do think 2024 ( i think 2025 ) will be a hybrid set up with a 2032 all electric 911

Also the 992.2 will be a fully digital dash. Not sure it means much but the 2023 model which begins towards end of this year will be the last 911 that has an analogue dial.

I'll be continuing with my order.

Fair point(s)

In addition, under normal conditions, when new/facelift model is launched, the previous model would drop in value. So financially not the best decision. But in the current geo-polit-economical climate the volumes are shrinking and the prices are climbing. We will see when the situation normalise. In the meantime… let’s ride!
