E-commerce - Shipping Rates plugin suggestion.

Most UK customer orders are drop-shipped from suppliers in both UK & EU.
Shipping UK to UK for under a tenner is the norm and customers are happy with this. I never add a premium to my net cost of shipping, A big no no in my books.
However, If I receive a UK order and have to ship from the EU my net shipping cost maybe 2-3 times this amount. I do not want to pi$$ the customer off with high shipping rates so therefore have to factor this increased cost into my retail price.
I would like a shipping rates plugin where there is an option to customise the shipping cost by the brand so I can change things around to find a compromise while staying competitive in the market.
Your thoughts or other suggestions as to the best way of handling this would be appreciated.
