Misfire??

I have an Elise S1, which appears to have developed a misfire which happens on over run and then under hard acceleration after car has been drive for a while.

This problem only happens occasionally.

This has only happened after fitting 52mm throttle body and Hurricane!

Any suggestions?

Sounds like it might be running lean with the bigger throttle body and the hurricane?
