Hi All TVR fans
Has anyone ever removed and dismantled their Heater unit? Looks simple from the outset - However, i am in no doubt its a flaming nightmare!
My car was previously fire damaged and the restore is going well. She's fully up and running and now getting down to sorting minor issues. The heater unit was damaged in the fire (slightly melty) in places and the internal mechanisms have seized. i.e changing from De-mist to footwell means nothing. I have flow in both directions despite moving my dial. All the cables have been checked with recent dash removal and working correctly.
I was wondering if anyone has previously removed the heater unit and split it down into its components for re-firb?
Any guidance to see if this is possible would be, as ever, appreciated.
