Paying someone in Spain, which AP or service best?

Need to pay someone in Euros for doing some repairs for me.
My bank & PayPal (Xoom is a PayPal company)both have charges & exchange charges, what do you use?

I use Revolut.

Depends on whether this is a one off or you're likely to need to make foreign currency payments on a more regular basis. I spend a lot of time outside the UK so use Revolut for lots of retail spending as well as bank transfers

I need to make frequent payments to Spain, relatively small amounts (under €5k) and Wise works for me perfectly. The money is in the Spanish bank account as quickly as making a BACS payment in the UK. Minimal charges and good ROE.
