can anyone suggest a simple to use social media tool to allow us to upload posts to multiple facebook pages at once and share content over say Facebook and twitter at the same time?

However, unless you're publishing loads of content very regularly, I've found it easier to DIY. You can cross populate Facebook and Instagram with the same content via the Meta Business Platform on Facebook. And due to the differing restrictions and audience types, you can better tailor content for publishing on LinkedIn and Twitter.
