Plugs, distributor cap and rotor arm for a 450?

I'll soon be replacing these items (among others). Is there a particular brand of each that anyone would especially recommend? Or, perhaps more importantly, a particular brand or type NOT to recommend?

Best bet, tel ACT (no. somewhere on this site) and take the easy route!! He`ll usually do next day del as reqd and sells right gear. Good to deal with...

Sorry, sounds a bit expensive, forgot to mention purchased eight plug extensions aswell, tried to get them from a local Vauxhall outlet and they wanted £10+ each
Plug leads next & then an induction kit. (when I get the go-ahead from the boss (her indoors))
