Dead Capri... Swindon landmark backstory...
Discussion
Not sure if this has been posted on here, but I'm certain the actual car will have been discussed at some point in the past.
Having lived most of my life in Swindon town centre, I used to regularly pass this car. I even stopped and called in many moons ago to see if it was for sale (three decades back?). Folk told me it belonged to the guy's late wife, or his son who never returned from the war (not sure which one, mind), or various other "true" stories...
Apparently...
