"Stuff" to seal / protect wheels;
Discussion
I've got a set of diamond cut / grey inset (Audi) wheels that aren't the easiest to clean, brake dust & dirt getting ingrained & becoming stubborn pretty quickly. The car is new to me & the wheels are otherwise imacculate, although I gues that they could have been refurbed or that the clear coat was iffy to start with.
What can I put on the wheels after a good clean / polish that doesn't involve rocket science & might ease cleaning?
Thanks.

Depending on how far you want to go in terms of seal a basic ceramic coat will help hugely.
Something like this is fairly cheap and successful https://www.mycarcleaning.co.uk/collections/wheel-...

I recently had similar thoughts with regards to protecting a brand new set. GTechnic Wheel Armour is what I went with.
Good review here touching on ease of application etc

Applied Sep 2021 to my wheels. Still beads up nicely and very easy to clean.

My new to me 2016 Cayman GTS has had its wheels repainted by Porsche a few days before I collected it. They are finished in matt black and look good.
Do all these wheel protector finishes have a gloss appearance after application?
If so, obviously spoils the matt appearance which I would prefer to keep looking as new a spossible..
