Anybody tried "dogcam"?

Looking for a bullet cam setup, and whilst most seem pretty pricey these look reasonable :

Anybody got any experience of this kit, was looking at the Dogcam, not dogcam pro. Minimum light level of 3 lux reasonable enough?
