Any help or advice appreciated: I keep my 2006 V8 Vantage on a CTEK battery conditioner. When disconnecting it this morning for a drive, I apparently inadvertently hit the battery disconnect button in the right rear boot compartment. When I tried to start the car the instrument panel indicator shows the battery disconnected warning. I followed the owner's manual procedure for reconnecting the battery by putting the key in the column at the number one position and pushing the battery connect button low on the panel behind the passenger seat. Even after repeated tries the procedure doesn't work; I still get a check battery disconnect indication on the instrument display and the car won't start. The battery is less than 2 years old. Can anyone help?

I have a 2006 as well & use the disconnect switch all the time.

Try hitting the reconnect button behind the driver seat before you turn the key.

Thanks for your advice. Problem resolved...apparently was a sticky battery disconnect button, that eventually popped free. Held the reconnect button for a few moments and everything is now okay.
