Anyone used Marks and Spencer loans?

Hi,

I applied at the beginning of the week for a loan from Marks and Spencer to pay the balloon payment of my Abarth which is due on Friday next week. I have digitally signed the paperwork (Monday) and they say It will be signed by them within 3 working days and I would have the money by 5 working days.

Well it is now day 3 and I have heard nothing and I am starting to get nervous the money won't be in in time. Has anyone here used them before and how long do they typically take to deposit the loan to your account?
