As above. Loved Top Boy as it gave an insight into real London life. Shiiiiiiit, The Wire was excellent. But for me Bosch was just superb.

So, what’s next?

Edit. Sopranos and all Narcos have been watched.

If you liked The Wire, you'd probably like Gangs of London. For a Western vibe, check out Godless as well.

Thanks. Legacy is the final series for me. I have watched Gangs of London. Again, great.

The Shield, one of the greatest TV dramas ever. Breaking Bad is worth a shout, as well as Justified, and Dexter.

The problem I had with The Wire after watching it, is that I now measure everything against it, meaning I can hardly watch anything.

Invariably, people who think Breaking Bad is the best show ever have never seen The Wire.

I've seen both. Thought they were equally good.

I recommend Gomorrah that was on Sky Atlantic, if you don't mind subtitles, as I think most Italians needed it due to the Naples dilect.

Mrs Z, who's the crime buff in this house, liked "The Lincoln Lawyer" (the series and the movie.)

I'm an SF buff and liked Dark Sky, Counterpart, Halo, Tales From The Loop and loved The Expanse.

If you liked the wire then the corner is worth a look, mini series in very similar style. Not sure if hannibal got a mention yet, great if you like things a little darker.
