I am going to apply a ceramic coating. Question, should I do this before or after I get new tyres fitted and balanced? I’m also now paranoid to think how can I find a tyre fitter that isn’t an animal
I've had both sets of Vossen alloys I've bought for different cars coated before any tyres or balancing has been carried out. Not sure if removing the balancing weights would lift the coating but have not had any weights fall off so far.
You could get tyres fitted at a wheel finishing specialist. I am sure they are careful with the equipment and labour when removing/fitting tyres. Phone and ask one of them
