...your hard work pays off?
I have been working as a temp in my job for over a year now, and really really wanted to get it permanently. They recently did some recruiting (at long last!) and I got a interview.
The letter arrrived last week to tell me I got the job! Yippee!!
At long last I can look forward to some job security. I have been temping for far too long! Add to that the fact that I now have to take all the leave I've built up from my temporary work before I start permanent. Which amounts to two weeks two days in total, which I am currently very much enjoying!
It's just nice to know that a years worth of keeping my nose to the grindstone hasn't gone to waste. :)

Your boyfriend of 7 years dumps you and proposes to someone else with the space of 2 months and then gets stood up at the Alter 6 months later!!! Abso-bloody-lutely...

I'm not bitter or jealous quite the contrary - I believe in treating others like you want to be treated (ie not cheating on them) and that occassionally what goes around comes around - and even more rarely that some times bad things do infact happen to bad people!!
