TV series similar to ‘blot on the landscape’

Was just doing a bit of reminiscing about a tv series about mid 80’s called ‘blot on the landscape’. As i remember it was a great mini series but there was another mini series around same sort of era, bit more raunchy in a ‘ benny hill sort of way’ but i cant remember name of it, can anyone have a guess?

Was a british series, mid 80’s, bit raunchy and i will know name once i see it.

Porterhouse Blue was mid 80s and also based on a Tom Sharpe book, but less raunchy than Blot as I recall. Personally I preferred it though.

There were 2 or 3 Wilt books I think, not sure how many they made into tv series.
