Tuscan AP front brakes

Anyone know who sells the conversion parts to fit AP brakes to a Chimaera, I know there was a guy (in Holland I seem to remember)doing a kit but I can't seem to find any ref now.

I saw a dark red Chimaera with AP's looked great, think it was in Bath
