Volvo V60 3.0 Polestar vs. Audi S4 (B8/B8.5)?

Is there anyone who has driven both the Audi S4 (B8.5) and Volvo/Polestar (2015 / 2016) and who could give a few comparison points? Very tempted by the Polestar as a family wagon but missus prefers the known Audi brand... Help me with some good arguments

Choose from any of the following reasons, many of which are factually incorrect:
Faster
Safer
Cheaper
Hold its value better
Servicing is cheaper
Seats are more comfortable
Insurance is cheaper
Audi will require a £10k service every 30k miles
My insurance company won't insure Audi's so I can't change my policy
Pedals on the Audi are too close together
Audi has a 4 speed gearbox
Audi only gets 3 mpg and only has a 3 litre fuel tank

For me the Polestar is the more special experience that engine is a peach BUT it's a bit smaller inside so if that's a factor then maybe the S4 will win.

The S4 does nothing wrong & it goes well but as a driving experience it's not as good as the Polestar, the 7 speed box is good but like all autos make sure the fluids have been changed on time, same with the diff etc this also applies to the Volvo.

I've got a B8 S4, had it 6 years and will sell it soon for a C63 - but its been bloody great as a family car.

Lovely engine, comfy, great (optional) sports seats, (optional) B&O stereo is very good, its been very reliable too. Parts like brakes and such aren't cheap but it's a reasonably warm performance car. If your into tuning then it's easily 400+ bhp with just a map, and closer to 500 with some other small mods.

I've not been tempted by anything for even double the price, hence kept it so long.

Update: Thanks for the comments and advice - went for the an well specced S4 (no sport diff though) that was picked up today.

So far very impressed with it - will probably throw a map on it as they seem to respond very well with no reliability issues. Found myself giggling at how quick off the line it is for a relatively large estate, the VAG DSG gearbox is also scarily good in auto mode (coming from the hardcore clunky E92 M3 DCT which is utterly useless in auto mode) most importantly, domestic peace has been kept and everyone is happy!

Good to hear it!
Still getting used to mine- if you use the full rev range (mine is manual) it really is rather quick. Still getting used the instantaneous power from the supercharger - that direct correlation to throttle pedal, versus the slightly laggy turbo from my previous car.
