There was a discussion in NZ on social media about this recently. Some argued that if you were already doing the speed limit on a dual carriageway then why should you move from the outside lane to the inside lane because someone could only come past if they were speeding and hence breaking the law.
Before anyone shoots me down, out of habit (and training) I personally always move to the inside lane whenever possible.
Although I always move over, it does say in the Highway Code that you should drive in the inside lane and only use the outside lane for overtaking…but presumably that is to allow faster traffic to overtake you. If you are already going at the speed limit no one could legally pass you.
Also, as speeding is breaking the law are you helping someone to do so by moving over? If you saw someone about to shop lift you wouldn’t feel obliged to get the shop keeper’s attention to help the thief.
Some people will no doubt object to the comparison of theft with speeding but depending how fast you are driving the penalty could be a lot higher than that for shop lifting.

I always keep left when I'm not overtaking, but I don't explicitly pull over to let people who want to drive faster past if I am overtaking, regardless of whether they're breaking the speed limit or not.
So no I don't move over for people who are speeding. I move over when I'm not overtaking; whether there is someone behind me who wants to get past is irrelevant (unless it's emergency services, obviously).

I don't try to police the roads and don't care enough to want to. I drive to the left unless overtaking, if I am overtaking in lane 2 and somebody is being aggressive I don't respond. It's their stress level and not mine. If on an urban dual-carriageway I care less because the right lane is often used for turning or is a dedicated route, or I need the lane to set up for a roundabout.

If you want to police the road, join up and drive a police car, otherwise, move over. IMO.
As above. If someone is going faster than you, there will be for a reason for it. Someone rushing a loved one to hospital? Undercover police? Diplomat? Tom Cruise? MP needing a poo? Normal person just wanting to go faster?
Whatever the reason, if you're not a policeman then it is absolutely none of your business.
If people want to speed around (illegally) or drive recklessly for that matter then i would sooner let them pass, pissing them off just to prove a point is potentially asking for trouble, and something i and i suspect many others don't want, especially if you are carrying kids in the car too.
