Rarity of individual colours?

We recently picked up a 2019 m4 competition in Daytona Violet individual. I had an idea that it was a rare colour but according to some forums it is claimed somewhere around 60 were sold worldwide throughout the production run which I’m struggling to believe if I’m honest, however a list was produced by someone for the m3 of same vintage, of which only 58 were Daytona violet.

The person who produced the list is unable to do the same for the m4 as he doesn’t have access.

Is it possible that it is so rare?

Some colour combos will indeed be rare (certainly in the UK).

My F90 M5C was 1 of 2 in the body colour when i bought it last year (was 1 x M8C in the same colour too), but with the interior colour & Ultimate Spec it was 1 of 1, so that's added to it's rarity (which i now kind of like).
