Advert moderation for days?

Hi all,

I've bought and sold a lot on PH but this week tried to advertise a car and its been stuck in moderation all week.

The advert isn't live and the support channels very unhelpful with ETAs on when it might be processed.

Is this normal or is something wrong with the advert would you say? If so, I'll delete and try again.

Is moderation across the board for all adverts now?

Not all adverts enter moderation, but those that do are usually approved within 48 hours. I can see you listed your car on Sunday so apologies that it has taken longer – I've approved it for you now and will follow up with the classified team to find out why it wasn't done within the 48 hour time frame.
