The author is very complimentary about the (2005 model) V8 Vantage.
Not quite as much, when referring to the successor.

A slight error here.

When the 4.7 was introduced, the body continued unchanged until model year 2012.25, so those early 4.7 cars, could also be considered 'the purest-looking of all.
