What make of brake pads and discs??
Discussion
I am a stickler for OEM brake pads. 'OEM equivalent' or even aftermarket pads from the same manufacturer as the OEM supplier seem to always be worse than OEM. So in your case, go to Ford and be prepared to pay double bubble compared to the average aftermarket stuff. Still small beer, mind. And it's brakes.
Pagid are my aftermarket disc of choice.

Comes down to how much you wanna spend
I'm guessing you're looking at ECP - Eicher is their own budget brand but is made by TMD (who also make Pagid stuff).
My view is, unless it's a performance car, budget discs are fine, but I'd rather spend a few quid more on pads. FWIW I've just done discs+pads on our 2007 Civic and went for Eicher discs (on the basis they will probably outlast the car) and Brembo pads.

Okay thanks everyone, so far it seems people favour Brembo... I don't want to use genuine ford as the cost is like 3 times as much!
I would go with Pagid for the discs, I have never had any issues with those on a range of applications. However, for pads, get genuine Ford. Whilst I don't know your specific vehicle details, there are dealerships on ebay selling pads to fit 2020 1.0 Ecoboost Fiestas for around £35 delivered, which includes replacement shims and new carrier bolts. It is a no brainer as far as I am concerned to guarantee perfect fitment, longevity and and brake performance, all year round - as the manufacturer intended.
Don't get me wrong, some "OEM quality" pads can be OK, but i've had both fitment and performance issues with pads made by some of the cheaper brands that the likes of GSF and ECP sell - for what isn't a huge amount of a cost saving really in the grand scheme.

Okay thanks but I'm thinking the only problem with buying them off eBay is you might not get what you think, for instance they could be cheap nasty ones with a expensive stamp on them!

Over the years I've had various from Euros Brembo, Pagid. The Cayenne had Mintex via a great deal with Halfords. They've all been fine. If I am doing the work its been EBC Greens. Which I like because of the softer & less quantity of brake dust.
Thanks for your help everyone...I have used mintex on my last 3 cars BMW 1 series Audi A3 and just recently a swift booster jet, never had any issues and they certainly gave me less dust especially with the booster jet ..The swift had all new Oem discs and pads March 2021 and they were Textar both discs were on the 18mm thickness and pads were down to 3mm and I could tell that they produced plenty of dust as my wheels were always mucky with it..cost me under £70 for both pads and discs fitted myself..
