Tri-coat paint repairs

Hi.
I’m going to need a front wing and bumper re sprayed in tri-coat velocity yellow, and I wondered if it needs anyone special to do it, or can any body shop do it? It’s gonna be an insurance claim, but as it’s my pride and joy I really want to ensure it gets done properly and matches nicely.
Any advice on places in Surrey, sussex area near Gatwick please?
I’ll be making a claim on the lady that hit my stationary car- do I get told a body shop their insurance want to use or do I get a choice?

Any half decent shop should be able to do it, they are a complete pain in the posterior to do though.
