I remember that we'll. I don't think they took to well to him wanting to change "their" way of doing things

One thing he wanted to change was building the engine into the car early on so they were paying for the engine early on, then the car was finished. I think he wanted to put engine in nearer the end of the build so that engine was not paid for upfront.

I can imagine brows were furrowed, aprons smoothed and pipes were puffed at that change.


He was an interesting guy to watch and listen to his ideas on improving companies

That was a great series, I remember him going in to (Derby?) Constabulary, that was interesting.
