Dumb question but am posting anyway due to time - want one for tomorrow.

Anyone know what the general cold start amp rate and charge rate should be - I have the dimensions and will be looking to go to Camberley Auto Factors in the morning......

The reason I'm asking is that the one fitted is a Unipart which has only proprietary codes: GBY063

Cheers,

Dave

Ring up DK Engineering - and ask to speak to David Cottingham.

Probably the bests source of F40's (and other truly special Fezza in the country). Check out their blue chip page.

This does also mean that you may speak to Jeremy - but that's another story!

Yep David is very knowledgeable indeed. He showed me round the workshops and cars when I was cheeky enough to turn up and ask for a look. Pesky students

Thanks Guys. Found one from BMG in Leatherhead - £35.19 including VAT!!!!! Apparently the only real constraint is the physical size of the battery so I bought a Varta with decent Cold Crank Ampage and a modest 50Amp/hour discharge. So any Vauxhaul Nova abandoned by the side of the M25 might also have been able to help......

I'd love to see your work of art [car], in the flesh some day, when is it likely to be out ?
