Most OBD fault codes are generally the same for all makes of cars.
The P1000 code means the car has not gone through enough cycles since fault codes cleared.



The P0001 and P0003 codes refer to a fault with the fuel regulator, usually on the wiring side.
If the car is driving rough then fault with fuel regulator wiring, if no fault I should clear the codes and see if it reappears again.
