Stolen vehicle

I bought a car registration number FG70 DHD, Toyota C-HR Excel, Silver, Cat S date 02.03.2022 from Gumtree.
The seller has 2 Logbooks (a logbook dated 10.01.2022 and a logbook dated 21.02.2022).
After completing the sale, the seller should have given me the Log Book V5C document
dated 21.02.2022 but deceptively gave me the V5C document date 10.01.2022. Which appears to be with the intention to defraud.

The seller received a cash payment and left the car outside my address. Sometimes the next day the car was stolen from outside my home. Fortunately, I have a video of the car and the seller when inspecting the vehicle.
Dated 3 March 2022 when the vehicle was stolen by the seller.
